7. Wearable & Third-Party Integrations
Connecting a third-party device or service (e.g., Garmin, Apple Health, WHOOP) is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for data accuracy, availability, or interruptions from third-party integrations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and software associated with Live Your Wave™ — including the name, logo, and "Wave" methodology — are the intellectual property of Live Your Wave™. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. User Content
By logging data or content into the platform, you grant Live Your Waveâ„¢ a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You retain ownership of your data.
10. Prohibited Use

Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
